Welcome to Indiana Gamma
Welcome to Pi Beta Phi at Butler University! Thank you for taking the time to get to know us better. Feel free to look around and find out more about the sisters of Indiana Gamma!
Becoming a Pi Phi will not only make your collegiate experience more meaningful, but will present you with new and exciting opportunities.
At Pi Phi, you will discover a home away from home at Butler! Let Pi Beta Phi come alongside you as you discover your passions and dreams during the most formative years of your life.
We invite you to visit Pi Phi's International Website to learn even more about our organization.
Our Mission
The mission of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for women is to promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich lives through community service.
Pi Phi Update
The women of Pi Beta Phi, proud of a great second semester, are relaxing this summer. Although we are enjoying ourselves, vacationing to tropical places and hanging out with our friends and families right now, we can't wait until we are back at Butler. We are pumped for the 2010-2011 school year and for the chance to be back together in our big, white house on Hampton Drive!
Until then, we can only relive our glory days and send a million Facebook messages to our sisters across the nation. Below are some of our favorite moments from 2009-2010. I hope you enjoy reading about them as much as we enjoyed living them!

Pi Phi Rocks Greek Week 2009
During Greek Week 2009, Pi Phi showed our Greek spirit and rocked out all the competitions! However, we also took time from winning to have some fun with our sisters, as always. Paula and Lauren were only two the Pi Phis who tried out the sumo suits. Once they finally discovered how to stand up and walk around in the huge body suits, they saluted Pi Phi by shooting the Arrow!

Lovin' Blue II
We love to spend time out and about on campus. All of the sisters were excited when we bumped into Blue II on a walk! We gave him a little water to cool off and lots of love from all of the angels!

Family Time
After Spring Recruitment, the newest Pi Phis join a "family", or a group of sisters that give support and mentoring for a lifetime. Families are cherished and very important at IN Gamma! To a Pi Phi, the role of Big Sister is an honor and an opportunity to share the joy and knowledge she has gained throughout her Pi Phi experience. The Big Sis/Little Sis relationship gives our members the extra support that every woman needs to achieve her goals and truly enjoy the college experience!

Pi Beta Phierce!
No need to adjust your computer screen, you are not flying back in time. This is the Pi Phi High Class of '87 Prom! The IN Gammas love to rock it out with retro styles. For our Fall informal dance, the sisters snuck in their parents' closets and found dresses in their frilly, sequined, shoulder-padded glory for a night that we won't soon forget!

Road to the NCAA Championship 2010
Pi Phis were among the thousands of people cheering on the Men's Basketball Team on their amazing run to the Championship Game! Sisters lucky enough to get tickets to the game camped out on the concrete for hours to get great seats inside the stadium. Others watched from historic Hinkle Fieldhouse with painted faces and decked out in their best Butler Blue! A few lucky Pi Phis even got to meet the famous, Dick Vitale, and got him to shoot the Pi Phi Arrow. We are so proud to be Pi Phis, but also to be Butler Bulldogs!

Pi Phi Around the World
The women of Indiana Gamma wish our Pi Phis Abroad the best! Now that a new semester is heading our way, we can't wait to see Pi Phis who have been abroad and will miss those who will be taking off. Below, two Pi Phis traveling in Florence shoot their Pi Phi arrows!
