Leadership Opportunities
Pi Beta Phi offers members almost never ending opportunities to be involved in not only the campus and community but also within the organization itself. As a self-governing organization there are many leadership opportunities for the members of the Arizona Gamma Chapter giving every member a hand in the leadership process.
Each semester every member is placed on one of several committees. Through the duration of the semester our women will lend their effort and support in fulfilling all the duties of their committee. The committees include Academics and Enrichment, Fraternity Heritage, Philanthropy, Recruitment, Social Events, and more.
Committees are a great way to get our new members involved in the organization! Through experiences on committees members can see the impact they can have on the chapter without holding a position. For those who are looking for more leadership involvement every November the Arizona Gamma chapter holds elections for all of the offices of the organization.
The Executive Council consists of nine officers: Chapter President, Vice President of Member Development, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Membership, Vice President of Fraternity Heritage, Vice President of Philanthropy, Vice President of Communications, and Vice President of Event Planning. Under each Executive officer there are several other officers including Athletics Chairman, Historian, Music Chairman, New Member Coordinator, Social Events Chairman, Standard Board Chairman, Webmaster, and more! The Arizona Gamma chapter of Pi Beta Phi has no shortage of leadership opportunities.
