It's not just a place to live

Pi Phi facilities aren’t just living spaces. They’re communities. And some of our members’ fondest memories are formed during their time in Pi Phi housing—whether a traditional chapter home, a university residence hall or a common meeting space.

Pi Phi is committed to offering premier service for a premier housing experience. Founded in 2008, our Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) leads Pi Phi’s efforts to support and manage chapter facilities. FHC currently manages 69 properties from Pi Beta Phi Headquarters while also working collaboratively with the independent, volunteer-led Chapter House Corporations (CHCs) who own and manage other Pi Phi facilities. Together, FHC and CHCs ensure housing is part of a positive member experience for all Pi Phis.

WHY LIVE IN?

Sincere Friendships take root in the places Pi Phis call home. It’s where Pi Phis learn to care for each other, pursue academic goals, practice leadership skills and celebrate the ups and downs of life surrounded by women who share similar values.
