A Weekend That Brings Leaders Together

Pi Beta Phi’s Recruitment Academy will bring together collegiate recruitment leaders and advisors for an immersive weekend designed to strengthen recruitment strategies, share best practices and help chapters thrive.

Strong recruitment is the foundation of a thriving chapter. It strengthens the member experience, supports long-term chapter health and creates communities where more women can experience the lifelong impact of Pi Phi.

Throughout the weekend, participants will learn from experienced recruitment volunteers and staff through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, chapter-specific planning and one-on-one coaching. Every session is intentionally designed to provide practical ideas and real-world strategies that attendees can immediately bring back to their chapters, creating a lasting impact long after the event concludes.

Why was this event created?

Every chapter has different recruitment strengths, opportunities and needs. Recruitment Academy was created to provide more tailored, hands-on learning than is possible within a larger event like College Weekend. Attendees will practice recruitment strategies, learn from experienced volunteers and staff and receive support they can bring home and put into action with their chapters.

Who is invited to attend?

Recruitment Academy is an exclusive experience for Pi Beta Phi chapters receiving consultant support. Each chapter will be invited to send its Vice President Recruitment, Director Recruitment Events, Director Membership Selection and AAC Recruitment Advisor.

How is my gift used?

Your gift helps offset the cost of Recruitment Academy for participating chapters, helping ensure budget constraints don’t prevent members from accessing this valuable experience. You may contribute in support of your own chapter or another chapter in need.
