Pi Beta Phi members have the opportunity to participate in a variety of premier events focused on literacy service, developing leadership skills and building the bonds of sisterhood. Throughout the biennium, the Fraternity hosts numerous events including Pi Beta Phi Convention, Officers Workshop, College Weekend and Pi Beta Phi Leadership Institute.

Designed specifically for elected and appointed officers of the Fraternity, Foundation Board of Trustees, the Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) Board and Headquarters staff, Officers Workshop inspires Pi Phi leaders, builds collaborative relationships and drives organizational-wide alignment.

Each biennium, Pi Phis from across North America gather for Pi Beta Phi Convention. Every convention is a unique celebration of Pi Beta Phi sisterhood that creates friendships and memories to last a lifetime.
Pi Phi volunteers distribute more than 40,000 new, age–appropriate books to children in need and promote the importance of reading and literacy at Fraternity Day of Service Signature Events.
