FDS500 Nomination Form 

Book donations are an important component of any Fraternity Day of Service event. Access to books is a critical step in learning to read for all children, especially those who don’t have their own books at home. Your chapter or alumnae club has the opportunity to nominate a local non-profit to receive 500 books through Read > Lead > Achieve® made possible by gifts to The Literacy Fund at Pi Beta Phi Foundation. These books will be donated to one qualified First Book® recipient group of your club or chapter’s choice which can be incorporated into your Fraternity Day of Service celebration in March. Fill out the form below to be one of the 100 chapters or alumnae organizations selected to participate. The sign up for the FDS500 grants is open for 24 hours. After that period, the sign up will be closed and 100 clubs and chapters will be selected at random. You will be notified by September 9 if your group has been selected or not. Thank you for your support of Read > Lead > Achieve.
