Alumnae Officer Training

Alumnae Club Officer Training

Pi Beta Phi’s Alumnae Club Officer Training Program has been designed to prepare members for success while serving Pi Beta Phi alumnae clubs. Courses are perfect for officers new to their position as well as for those who have been serving for years.

The training program is presented in a framework of two courses:

Part I: Fraternity Overview

This course offers a high-level overview of the Fraternity and is packed with important details for Fraternity leaders. Included is information on Pi Beta Phi literacy initiatives, officer structure, and important documents.

Part II: Position-Specific Course

These courses offer a tutorial for serving as an alumnae club officer. Courses have been developed for each required and discretionary officer. These courses cover responsibilities of each officer, supporting materials such as manuals, report due dates, and where to go with questions.
