Volunteer On a Collegiate Regional Team

Pi Beta Phi collegiate chapters are divided into eight regions. A collegiate regional team, including a regional director and team of specialists, provides direction and leadership to develop and maintain successful, productive collegiate chapters. Collegiate regional teams work with Alumnae Advisory Committee (AAC) members, chapter officers and Headquarters staff.

Collegiate regional specialists provide guidance and oversight in the areas of:

  • Finance and housing
  • Programming
  • Membership
  • Risk management and policies
  • Chapter operations and alumnae advisors
  • Coordinating the regional team

As part of a collegiate regional team, Pi Phis develop relationships with other volunteer officers while working toward a common goal. Many women also reconnect with sisters at regional workshops, leadership academies and conventions. Experience serving as an alumnae organization officer or as member of an AAC or Chapter House Corporation (CHC) is required for regional team positions.
