Welcome to the California Delta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi!

My name is Avery Minor and I am the Chapter President of the California Delta chapter of Pi Beta Phi at UCLA. If you are interested in participating in recruitment or would like to learn more about us, please feel free to explore our site and check out what it truly means to be a Pi Phi!

“What does a typical Pi Phi look like?” is a question that I get quite a bit. My answer? There is no such thing as a typical Pi Phi. California Delta is a chapter characterized by women of diverse achievements and interests. Among my sisters there are UCLA athletes, tour guides, SAA members, research assistants, CareExtenders, personal fitness trainers, and NBC Universal interns. Pi Phis are incredibly active both on campus and in the larger Los Angeles community, with majors ranging from Political Science and Art History to Neuroscience and Engineering. Each Pi Phi is unique, and every single one of our members are an important part of what makes us who we are. Although each of our sisters is different, we are all united by our love and support for one other and our commitment to leadership, academics, and service.

Pi Phi has positively and meaningfully touched my UCLA experience in every way possible. My closest friends, my internships, and my best grades are all a result of the connections that I have made since joining this house. I cannot think of a bigger honor than to serve my sisters as Chapter President, because Pi Phi has helped mold me into the woman that I am today. I hope that all undergraduate women can share the unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience of finding their own home-away-from-home. All of my sisters feel blessed to be a part of such an amazing Greek Community and are especially proud to call 700 Hilgard our home.

Pi Phi Love & Mine,
