Welcome to the Texas Zeta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi at Baylor University. We are a fraternity of young women who strive for success in all that we do.  Pi Phi's at Baylor are very involved in our university through Sing, Intramurals, FLOAT, homecoming, Steppin' Out, and other Panhellenic events. We are also very active in the Waco community through Steppin' Out and our philanthropy events at Doris Miller Elementary School.  The women of Pi Beta Phi are very dedicated and determined to make a difference in our community and one another's lives.
 
Mission
 
The mission of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for women is to promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich lives through community service.
