Welcome to Pi Phi's Video Training series, presenting video tutorials for members and officers. The tutorials are presented by Tim Steele, Pi Phi's Director of IT, and Margie Borges, Database Administrator. Ektron Training

If you are a chapter or club webmaster, you use the Ektron CMS to edit your website. In the Ektron Training video series, Tim shows you how to edit your content, add pictures, tables and links, use your photo gallery and events calendar, and other tools! Each tutorial is approximately 5 minutes long.

eSisters Training

eSisters is Pi Phi's brand-new interactive online community and member resource! eSisters offers comprehensive social networking, a more complete and intelligent news and announcement resource, a more intuitive and user-friendly Sister Search and Resource Library system, an events calendar, discussion boards and many other features!

Learning eSisters' new navigation structure and features is a little daunting, though. The system is packed with functionality...almost too much to learn...and much of the members-only information has been restructured, which can be a little confusing. Tim will step you through an overview of eSisters, including where to find member information and resources, how to use the sister search, how to edit your personal profile, how to add a friend, post a status, or create a group. In addition, Tim shows you how to link your eSisters profile to Facebook...and vice versa! Each tutorial is approximately 5 minutes long.

eReports Training

Chapters and alumnae organizations now must complete most of their online reporting online, using eReports, Pi Phi's new online reporting system. Margie will show you how to complete your membership updates, change officers, publish reports, view chapter statements, add new members, submit scholarship reports, and much more! Each tutorial is approximately 5 minutes long.
