About Us

There is a place for everyone in Pi Phi at the University of Alabama! These are a few ways our sisters make the most of their college years!

News

Congratulations Alabama Beta!!

Pi Beta Phi at the University of Alabama was just awarded Most Outstanding New Member Programming!

Katy Daniels was awarded the Silver Slipper Award which is the most outstanding Pi Phi Vice President of Finance of all chapters!

Academics

The women of Pi Beta Phi are committed to academic excellence all year long. We facilitate higher learning for our members in a number of ways. First, we provide surroundings that are suitable for college life including a computer room with several computers (PC and Mac) and a large printer/copier. We also have a scholarship banquet, where our members are awarded with money for good grades each semester. Next, we encourage study hall hours, and have quiet hours in the house during exam time. Finally, this year, the members of our house have started a new program called SPRINT, where our members are encouraged to "sprint" to good grades. This is a competition between majors, and the first major to get to 10 A's on a test, paper, or project receives a prize!
