Elementary School and Arrowmont to Benefit From Sale of
Gatlinburg Property
Grand Council announced that Pi Beta Phi Elementary School located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, will be the recipient of a $1 million gift, which is to be used for an endowment or to establish a foundation. Pi Phi has also clarified their intentions for Arrowmont School of Art and Crafts. Contingent on the contract as currently written the crafts school stands to receive up to $9 million from the Fraternity. Pi Beta Phi in Negotiations With Gatlinburg Developer
Pi Beta Phi was recently approached by a party interested in purchasing Fraternity property currently leased to Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Pi Beta Phi Creates New Corporation Especially for Housing
We are pleased to announce a Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) has been established to provide financial, managerial and other assistance for campus housing and other facilities utilized by Pi Beta Phi collegiate chapters. The Fraternity determined the necessity for the FHC because the face of collegiate on-campus housing is changing. Women expect updated, higher quality housing.
