SOAR360 Officer Feedback Process

The SOAR360 Officer Feedback Process supports meaningful volunteer experiences by providing structured opportunities for reflection, growth and development. First introduced in May 2024 for Director-level officers, the process has expanded to include Specialists and continues to evolve as part of Pi Beta Phi’s commitment to leadership excellence. Grand Council and Fraternity Housing Corporation Board members have modeled this work through prior participation in 360-degree feedback.

Now managed under the SOAR program, SOAR360 brings clarity and consistency to how officers receive and use feedback. The process is designed to strengthen individual effectiveness, clarify expectations, encourage continuous improvement and support long-term volunteer engagement. SOAR360 will continue to be executed in partnership with the Leadership and Nominating Committee to ensure alignment with Fraternity priorities and leadership development goals.

Because feedback is a critical component of officer development, additional self-evaluation and feedback resources are available through the Online Learning Center.
