360-Feedback Process

The Officer Development Feedback Process was introduced in May 2024 to director-level officers to reflect on the past year and collaborate with other leaders to address opportunities. Both Grand Council and Fraternity Housing Corporation Board members have modeled the way and previously participated in the 360-feedback process. Specialists began participating in this process in Spring 2025, with all communications being sent under the SOAR brand. The feedback process will continue to be executed in partnership with the Leadership and Nominating Committee to ensure organizational alignment.

Because feedback is an important component of officer development, multiple feedback resources are available in the Online Learning Center.
