Finance Coordinator

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position provides financial assistance and guidance to collegiate chapters and supports Fraternity/Fraternity Housing Corporation volunteers and staff in chapter financial management.

 Finance Director 

St. Louis, MO

 This full-time position is responsible for the reconciliation and integrity of the general ledger for finance operations, oversight of daily accounting functions, overseeing the management of chapter finances, and the oversight of financial reporting and long-term financial planning for Pi Beta Phi. 

Finance Specialist

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position is responsible for all billing, collection and completion of the accounts receivable function, and provides financial assistance and guidance to collegiate chapters and supports Fraternity/FHC volunteers and staff in chapter financial management. 

Program and Literacy Coordinator 

St. Louis, MO

 This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the Fraternity’s Read > Lead > Achieve® initiatives, supporting Community Relations Team functions and supporting program development efforts.

CHC HOUSE DIRECTORS: OPEN POSITIONS

Pi Beta Phi Headquarters is recruiting for this position. However, it is not the corporation responsible for hiring. Qualified candidates will be passed along to the local Chapter House Corporation (CHC).

House Director

Kentucky Beta Chapter at the University of Kentucky — Lexington, KY

This full-time position manages the operations and maintenance of the house, provides onsite support to members of Pi Beta Phi and directs employees and vendors to foster a safe and enjoyable environment furthering a positive member experience. 

House Director

Louisiana Beta Chapter at Louisiana State University — Baton Rouge, LA

This full-time position manages the operations and maintenance of the house, provides onsite support to members of Pi Beta Phi and directs employees and vendors to foster a safe and enjoyable environment furthering a positive member experience. 

House Director

Oklahoma Alpha Chapter at the University of Oklahoma — Norman, OK

This full-time position manages the operations and maintenance of the house, provides onsite support to members of Pi Beta Phi and directs employees and vendors to foster a safe and enjoyable environment furthering a positive member experience.
