Assistant Director of Chapter Services

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position serves members, chapters, volunteer officers and host institutions by providing support for day-to-day chapter needs and functions within the operations area.

Assistant Director of Housing Advancement

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position serves on the Fraternity Housing Corporation and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising program to support a premier housing experience for Pi Beta Phi members.   

Chapter Services Coordinator

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position serves members, caregivers, chapters and volunteer officers by providing frontline customer service and meeting day-to-day collegiate chapter needs.

Finance Director

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position is responsible for the reconciliation and integrity of the general ledger for finance operations, oversight of daily accounting functions, overseeing the management of chapter finances, and the oversight of financial reporting and long-term financial planning for Pi Beta Phi.

Traveling Leadership Development Consultant

This full-time position provides support to collegiate chapters for routine, recruitment, risk management or officer training.

Washington Beta Chapter at Washington State University—Pullman, WA

This full-time position manages the operations and maintenance of the house, provides onsite support to members of Pi Beta Phi and directs employees and vendors to foster a safe and enjoyable environment furthering a positive member experience.
