Foundation Board of Trustees


Carol Calkins, Louisiana Beta 

Carol Calkins currently resides in Dallas and is an active member of the Richardson-Plano, Texas, Alumnae Club. During her 40-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she made history in 1991 as the first woman at a major accounting firm to become a partner specializing in state and local taxes. Carol is also a distinguished leader and dedicated volunteer, currently serving as the director for B1Bank and contributing to multiple boards at both the national and local levels. She was also inducted into Louisiana State University’s E. J. Ourso College of Business Hall of Distinction and remains involved as an Executive Board member of the Dean’s Advisory Council.

Barbra Boyen Littrell, Oregon Gamma 

Barbra Boyen Littrell lives in Portland, Oregon, and is a dedicated member of the Lake Oswego-Dunthorpe, Oregon, Alumnae Club. A past chapter leader and Leadership Development Consultant and now a member of the Foundation Finance Committee, Barbra also has extensive Pi Phi volunteer experience. Professionally, Barbra has had a distinguished 26-year career with Nike, Inc. and currently serves as the finance principal for global value & investment planning. She also serves on several local boards, deepening her commitment to volunteer service.

Natalie Mayo Deak, North Carolina Alpha

Natalie Mayo Deak resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, and currently works for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina as the director, managing counsel. Her professional experience has equipped her with both leadership and strategic direction skills to support her in her new role on the FHC Board. Natalie has also served the Fraternity in a variety of ways, including as a Collegiate Regional Director, Chapter Support Officer, Maryland Gamma’s Alumnae Advisory Committee Chair and in several regional specialist roles. 

Elizabeth Kiss, Iowa Gamma

Elizabeth Kiss resides in Manhattan, Kansas, and has extensive professional and volunteer experience. At Kansas State University, she is the current interim director of the school of consumer sciences as well as a tenured professor in both consumer sciences and finance. As a Pi Phi volunteer, Elizabeth has served as a Finance/Housing Specialist, Alumnae Club President and in various Alumnae Advisory Committee roles, equipping her with both leadership and mentorship experience.

Catherine Roosevelt McCluskey, Michigan Beta

Catherine Roosevelt McCluskey resides in New York City and is an experienced non-profit leader with a passion for connecting others and leveraging expertise. Currently, Catherine serves as the national senior director of development for the Giving Factory Direct by Cradles to Crayons. Catherine’s Pi Phi experience is equally extensive, serving in a variety of roles from Arrow in the Arctic Chair and Director Community Relations to several specialist roles. She also served on the National Panhellenic Conference Delegation and as a Leadership Development Consultant.
