IGNITE Facilitator Applications

Facilitators will be expected to attend virtual training prior to the event and arrive in St. Louis for training on May 28.

Ignite is Pi Beta Phi’s premier leadership retreat for emerging leaders. Over three powerful days, participants will explore key leadership skills—collaboration, influence, self-awareness and problem-solving—while forming Sincere Friendships with Pi Phi sisters.

As part of the Ignite experience, we are seeking passionate alumnae facilitators to lead small group discussions and activities. Ideal applicants will demonstrate facilitation experience, enthusiasm for supporting emerging leaders and the ability to apply scenario-based reasoning to foster inclusive, engaging group conversations. Selected applicants will receive virtual and onsite training prior to the event. Applications close February 25, 2026.
