Pi Phi gave me a support system throughout my college experience when I needed it the most. My family, my roommates in the house, and every member I have met in this chapter has shaped me into a better person. As Vice President of Community Relations, I have been able to give back to our chapter and the community we serve.
Pi Phi has introduced me to my lifelong best friends and some of the strongest, most inspiring women I know. Every day, I am grateful to be part of a sisterhood with such strong values. Being a Pi Phi means being my best self and living my life to the fullest extent with my sisters by my side supporting me.
As a collegian, Pi Phi taught me so much about communication in a group setting. At a deeper level, I learned about developing and nurturing relationships. Wellbeing in life depends on many things: achievement, meaning, doing work that you love… but there is nothing that comes close to the importance of relationships. Pi Phi is an immersion experience in relationships.
Pi Phi has given me the courage and confidence to step out of my comfort zone and become the leader I never would have imagined myself to be.
