Celebrating Our Sisterhood

If there’s one truth that echoed through every moment of Convention 2025, it’s this—It's always a good day to be a Pi Phi. Throughout the weekend, leaders from across the organization spoke honestly about challenges, decisions and change. But they also spoke with deep pride—because despite everything, Pi Beta Phi is thriving. And more than that, Pi Phi is growing in all the ways that matter.

Celebrating Key Achievements

During Convention, members heard a clear message: our sisterhood is strong. Consider just a few of the highlights from the 2023–2025 biennium:

Collegiate membership reached one of the highest totals in Fraternity history.
Alumnae dues participation increased for the fourth consecutive year.
Volunteer vacancies—especially on Alumnae Advisory Committees—dropped meaningfully.
Chapter anniversaries and milestone events were celebrated across the continent.
Financial health remains strong, with Pi Beta Phi ranking second among all NPC organizations in total assets.
Balanced budgets were achieved in both years of the biennium, with another expected in the year ahead.
We’ve invested in new technology, updated Ritual, housing and facilities, leadership development and literacy.

And, we’ve done it together—with care, with strategy and with an unwavering belief in the power of our shared values.

A Sisterhood That Shows Up

The convention stage highlighted not just statistics, but stories of Pi Phis making a difference in their chapters, on campuses, in their careers and in their communities. From a first-year collegian serving as a chapter leader, to an alumna of 50+ years advising her chapter every week, to a volunteer balancing a career, family and her role on an international committee—these stories reminded us what we already know: Pi Beta Phi changes lives, and every Pi Phi has the power to shape our future.

Let’s Go Forward—Together

This is our Fraternity. It belongs to all of us. And it will only grow stronger if we each choose to give a little more, share a little more and show up for one another. Whether that means renewing your international alumnae dues, saying “yes” to a volunteer role, attending an event in your area, supporting a housing or scholarship campaign or telling a new member why Pi Phi still matters to you. Every action strengthens our sisterhood.

Our 12 founders couldn’t have imagined what Pi Beta Phi would become. But they also didn’t miss a moment to show their pride. Let’s do the same.

The story of Pi Phi is still being written. And, you’re a part of it. So let’s celebrate what we’ve built—and commit to what comes next.
