Hello Everyone!

My name is Lauren Glick and I am humbled and honored to serve as Chapter President for the Texas Zeta chapter of Pi Beta Phi at Baylor University. Pi Phi has impacted my life in ways I never thought imaginable. I am thrilled to be apart of something much bigger than myself.

My experience in Pi Beta Phi has been incredible. I am surrounded by a diverse group of girls that mentor, encourage, and point me towards my true identity in Christ. The women of Pi Beta Phi have been a part of my best experiences at Baylor, and I will continue to form new memories as we extend our relationships beyond college. The 350 plus members in our chapter are incredibly unique, intelligent, hilarious, and hardworking women that make our chapter such a wonderful organization.

We have already had a very exciting year. We were recognized as a Gold level Greek organization by the university, signaling us as a chapter of excellence. Our chapter won the 2016 Intramural Championship, making this our 10th Intramural Championship Title! We also placed 1st place in the 2016 All-University Sing. Our act, “Meet Me in Ze Alps” truly exemplified the spirit of our sisterhood: silly, fun, and our desire to support one another.

All-University Howdy, Pi Phi’s philanthropy event, was a huge success this year. Howdy is an event that brings together the whole Baylor community for a night of country dancing and barbeque. We raised money for our philanthropy, Read>Lead>Achieve, and this year we collected over $4,500!

My hope is that through this website, you will have more insight into the life of a Baylor University Pi Phi and the impact we have on campus and in our community. Pi Phi has helped me grow into the woman I am today, and I cannot image a better home away from home than Pi Beta Phi at Baylor! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
