The Impact of a Pi Phi Scholarship

Diane Althoff Education Scholarship 

I am honored to be receiving this scholarship; it’s making such a huge impact on my life I can’t even begin to describe it. The connection between my education major and Pi Beta Phi is an empowering milestone in my life, and this generosity is allowing me to turn my dreams into a reality. I promise to make an impact in elementary education and shine light on the lives of every student, so that one day, their dreams can become reality, too.

The generosity that has contributed to my scholarship award means more to me than anyone could imagine. As I’ve been in the process of completing my undergraduate pursuits and applying to medical school, this year has been challenging for me. Financially and competitively, continued education and entry into these programs can be difficult to maintain. This scholarship helps me reduce the financial burden significantly, and I cannot thank you enough. I am so appreciative for all the wonderful things Pi Beta Phi has blessed me with—it does not go unnoticed.

Undergraduate Scholarship Fund Scholarship 

One of the many reasons I chose to join Pi Beta Phi was because of the philanthropic focus on literacy. With an interest in becoming a Child Life Specialist, this generous financial contribution allows me to become a step closer in achieving my goals. Now, I am able to focus on my education while also being an active member in my chapter. The Undergraduate Scholarship Fund has also inspired me to give back to my community through volunteering and supporting efforts in Read > Lead > Achieve^® .
