Connecting to our Core Values

Based on the Fraternity's core values, the refreshed Leading with Values® seminars offer purposeful programming to help participants create authentic connections by engaging in open and honest conversations, grow their interpersonal skills through intentional dialogue and reflection and acquire tangible skills that aid in the advancement of confident, women leaders.

Leading with Values seminars can be conducted in place of a chapter meeting. Programs range anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes and are facilitated by a chapter member. Each seminar aims to meet three learning outcomes: Evolve authentic connections by engaging in open and honest conversations that enhance long-lasting relationships; Demonstrate growth of interpersonal skills through intentional dialogue and reflection; Acquire tangible skills that aid in the advancement of confident, women leaders.
