IGNITE

Ignite is a leadership retreat designed to support the growth of emerging Pi Phi leaders. This immersive, three-day experience empowers collegians to develop critical leadership skills—like collaboration, influence, self-awareness and problem-solving—through large and small group learning. Participants will build Sincere Friendships and gain skills they can apply within Pi Phi, on campus and in their communities. No nomination is required, and many members attend on their own or alongside chapter sisters.

May 29-31, 2026
Washington University in St. Louis

Registration will be open February 9-April 9, 2026.
