ATTENDEE FEES
Ignite attendees are charged an attendee fee of $225 to help cover a portion of event costs. The attendee fee provides access to Friday and Saturday accommodations, all meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast) and program materials. Attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from St. Louis.
INVOICING ATTENDEE FEES TO CHAPTER
Once you reach the payment screen, please select the option “Bill My Chapter” if your fees are to be billed to the chapter. Once selected, type in the name of the chapter, e.g., “Alaska Alpha,” to ensure the fees are billed to the chapter you are representing. Chapters will be notified of any Ignite related charges to be deducted in a separate email, following their monthly statement.
CHAPTER LEADERSHIP EDUCATION EXPENDABLE FUNDS
Made possible through Pi Beta Phi Foundation, CLEE funds help cover travel and registration costs for collegiate members to attend Fraternity leadership development opportunities. After working with your chapter’s Director Leadership, select “bill to chapter” and enter your chapter’s CLEE code at registration. Please note that CLEE funds will be used up to the amount the chapter has available, and any remaining costs will be billed to the chapter on their monthly statement.
REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All requests for refunds or substitutions must be made in writing to events@pibetaphi.org. Full refunds will be made for requests prior to April 23, 2026. There will be no refunds after April 23, 2026. Substitutions for registrants unable to attend may be made until April 30, 2026, after which time no substitutions are allowed.

Please note that outdoor temperatures in St. Louis will be hot and humid, while temperatures inside the meeting facilities and residence halls may be cool. Jackets or sweatshirts are recommended as temperatures may fluctuate throughout the day.
