With a focus on mentorship, empowerment and collaboration, AAC helped guide chapter leaders with confidence and care. In addition to offering hands-on support, AAC prioritized succession planning, establishing clear goals and preparing future Advisors to sustain the chapter’s momentum. Their intentional leadership and commitment to Oklahoma Beta sets a high standard for advisory excellence.
Collegiate Excellence in Chapter House Corporation (CHC)
Oregon Alpha
Oregon Alpha’s CHC provided exceptional support and leadership, playing an important role in both daily operations and long-term planning for the chapter facility. When the chapter faced a sudden bed bug crisis, CHC acted immediately to coordinate professional treatment and manage logistics to minimize disruption and prioritize members’ health and comfort. CHC also offered strategic insight into housing trends and member engagement to help develop solutions to encourage members to live in the facility. Their investment in the space and the member experience ensured the chapter house remained a place where members feel truly at home.
Collegiate Excellence in Community Relations
Arizona Alpha
Arizona Alpha demonstrated outstanding commitment to community relations through impactful philanthropy, strategic campus engagement and a global approach to service. The chapter hosted two philanthropy weeks, raising more than $72,000 for Pi Beta Phi Foundation, local literacy organizations and BuildOn—supporting global school construction efforts. Arizona Alpha also deepened its local impact by distributing 5,000 books at the Tucson Festival of Books and volunteering with Literacy Connects. With more than 5,000 service hours, a 60% increase in fundraising, and a strengthened social media presence, the chapter amplified its impact and visibility.
Collegiate Excellence in Finance/Housing
Pennsylvania Eta
Pennsylvania Eta excelled in financial leadership by creating a detailed budget tracking system that clearly outlined spending limits for each officer and vice president, allowing for smarter planning and collaboration across the chapter. Chapter leaders frequently worked together to combine budgets in strategic ways—maximizing their resources and expanding opportunities for sisterhood programming and events. The chapter also prioritized member support by promoting Pi Beta Phi Foundation scholarships, connecting sisters with financial aid opportunities so every member could engage in the Pi Phi experience, regardless of financial need.

New York Epsilon
New York Epsilon demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in 2024 through more than 20 events that fostered belonging within the chapter and across the Panhellenic community. The chapter launched initiatives like Random Acts of Kindness to create a more supportive living environment and developed a DEI Linktree to centralize resources and ensure accessibility for all members. Collaborations with campus groups, such as the African Student Association and Alianza Latina, encouraged cultural appreciation through interactive, educational events. By embedding DEI into chapter operations and recruitment planning, New York Epsilon set a powerful example of inclusive sisterhood.

The chapter hosted 40 diverse sisterhood events using a “4x4” model, featuring a mix of on- and off-campus, action-based and creative activities—to engage members with varying interests. Guided by Annual Member Evaluation feedback, Louisiana Beta introduced professional development events, health and wellness initiatives and new senior traditions that contributed to the chapter’s highest senior retention since COVID-19. Through initiatives like Halo Huddles, Academic Halos and Leading with Values seminars, the chapter fostered meaningful connections.
Collegiate Excellence in Operations
Arizona Alpha
Arizona Alpha elevated chapter operations through member-focused innovation, strong leadership development and meticulous organization. The chapter introduced a new points system tailored to members’ schedules and onboarded more than 450 members to a new communication and tracking platform that replaced a less reliable system. Chapter bylaws were thoughtfully updated with input from each team, including the addition of a DEI-focused policy that received commendation from the Region 8 team. The Director Leadership interviewed more than 40 members to build a dynamic Chapter Leadership Team, hosted leadership transition meetings and career workshops, and led a job fair to encourage future leaders.
Collegiate Excellence in Recruitment
Georgia Beta
Georgia Beta redefined its approach to recruitment by transforming the process into a true celebration of sisterhood, rooted in confidence, preparation and authenticity. Beginning one year in advance, the chapter hosted engaging workshops to build values-based conversation skills, while weekly meetings led by the Vice President Recruitment and Director Recruitment Events ensured continuous progress and member support. Recruitment week was designed to feel warm and welcoming, allowing Potential New Members to see the heart of Pi Phi. As a result, Georgia Beta welcomed the largest New Member class of any Panhellenic chapter on campus.
Collegiate Excellence in Risk Management
Indiana Theta
Indiana Theta strengthened its chapter through a proactive, education-focused approach to risk management. Through monthly workshops on topics such as hazing prevention, alcohol safety and mental health—many of which were interactive and tied to sisterhood events—the chapter empowered members with tools to navigate college safely and responsibly. The chapter transformed its Member Conduct Committee to recognize members who exemplify Pi Phi values, celebrating positive behavior. By prioritizing campus partnerships and consistent executive leadership, Indiana Theta created a safe, supportive environment within the chapter and with the Valparaiso fraternity/sorority community.
These chapters will be recognized at Pi Phi’s 75th Biennial Convention. All Fraternity award winners will be announced during convention celebrations.
